Brian P. Vassallo was born in Dade County, Florida. He received his BS degree from Florida State University and his law degree from Stetson College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida. Brian P. Vassallo was admitted to practice law in Florida in 1998. He aids individuals and businesses in the areas of Workers Compensation, Social Security Disability, Personal Injury, Real Property, Wills and Trusts, Business Formation, and General Litigation. Mr. Vassallo is a member of the Florida Bar, the Palm Beach County Bar Association, the United States District Court for the Southern District, and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR). Brian Vassallo presented at several Social Security Disability seminars and has also lectured at numerous Social Security Workers’ Compensation seminars. During his tenure as a Franchisee, Mr. Vassallo was a member of the District Advisory Committee, Regional Advisory Committee, and Profitability Committee. He is also active in community and supports several charities. Brian Vassallo is a former member of the board of directors for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Palm Beach County. Mr. Vassallo is currently a member of the Advisory Council for Save the Chimps, Inc. – the largest chimpanzee sanctuary in the world.
Joseph Bilotta, Esq
Joseph Bilotta aids individuals and families in the areas of Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Workers’ Compensation, Social Security Disability and Labor and Employment Law. He attended Fordham Preparatory High School, received his BA from Fordham University in the Bronx, New York and his law degree from Pace University in White Plains, New York. Joe was admitted to practice in New York in 1989 and Florida in 1991. He is a also a member of the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States of America. Joe was a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for Criminal Law, a member of the Pace University Law Review and graduated cum laude. He is a member of the Palm Beach County Justice Association and the Palm Beach County Bar Association. He is a current member and former president of the Boynton Beach Kiwanis Club, a community service organization. He practiced law in New York City from 1989 through 1993 before moving to Florida and becoming an Assistant State Attorney in Broward County where he tried over 100 felony cases. He then reentered private practice and began working with Mr. Vassallo helping the people and businesses of Palm Beach County. Joseph Bilotta has been an attorney since 1989 and is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in Florida and New York, in addition to the United States Supreme Court. He has represented clients in collective actions against major national companies and individuals against smaller local companies.
Kip A. Davis, Esq
Kip A. Davis received his undergraduate degree in accounting with honors from Florida Atlantic University in 1994 and his law degree cum laude from Stetson University College of Law in 1998. While at Stetson College of Law, Mr. Davis served as a member of Law Review. Mr. Davis is admitted to practice law in Florida’s state courts and the Middle, Northern, and Southern District Courts of Florida. Mr. Davis focuses his practice in the areas of commercial Litigation, General Civil Litigation, Land use Litigation, Class Action Litigation, Real Estate Litigation, Foreclosure Matters, and Contract Disputes. He is also familiar with Personal Injury and Workers Compensation matters. Mr. Davis is a member of the Martin County Bar association and local civic organizations. He is a board member of the Martin County Parks and Recreation Advisory Board and the Palm City Chamber of Commerce.
Joseph A. Vassallo, Esq (Retired)
Joseph A. Vassallo aids clients in the areas of Workers’ Compensation, Labor and Employment, Real Property, Trusts and Estates, Contract law, and Corporate Law. He was born in Brooklyn, New York and served his country in the United States Marine Corps. He received his BA from Florida Atlantic University and his law degree from Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama. He was a member of the Cumberland Law Review. Mr. Vassallo was admitted to practice law in 1974. He is a Supreme Court Certified Circuit Mediator and holds a Supreme Court certificate qualifying him as an arbitrator. Mr. Vassallo is a recipient of the Legal Aid Society Community Service Award. He is a former president and current member of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County, Inc. He is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and the Florida Workers’ Advocates. After graduating from law school, Mr. Vassallo served as an Assistant State Attorney in Palm Beach County. He then opened his own private practice and continues to serve the individuals and businesses of the community to date.
